How returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Contact Us First
If you need help with an order, email admin@ionpeptide-uk.com with your order number, product name and a clear description of the issue.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders that have already been packed, dispatched or handed to a courier may not be cancellable.
Returns Eligibility
Returned items must usually be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. For safety, compliance and quality reasons, certain sealed, perishable, temperature-sensitive or specialist products may not be eligible for return once opened or dispatched where lawful exemptions apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and advise on replacement, refund or return steps where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original or agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law or where the issue was caused by ION Peptide.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
